Issue
On certain electric school buses, the high-voltage power disconnect switch may not work properly. As a result, the high-voltage distribution module could still have power even if the switch is in the ''OFF'' position. This issue could cause a person not to be aware that the high-voltage system is still powered.
Safety Risk:
Not being aware that a high-voltage system is powered could create a risk of injury.
Corrective Actions:
International Motors will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your school bus to a dealership to remove the shorting bars in the high-voltage disconnect bypass connector.
