Issue
Issue:
On certain vehicles, when using the power folding function, the third-row seats may not automatically reverse if an obstruction is detected. As a result, occupants or objects could become trapped between the seat and the seatback.
Safety Risk:
A folding seatback that doesn't reverse could increase the risk of injury.
Corrective actions:
General Motors will notify owners by mail. As an interim repair, a dealer will disable the third-row power folding function. Once replacement parts are available, General Motors will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the third-row seat module.
