Issue

On certain side-by-side UTV's, the vehicle payload and improper vehicle use labels attached to the headliner may detach. If this happens, important safety information about vehicle operation and occupant protection may be missing.

Safety risk

Missing safety information could create an increased risk of injury.

Corrective actions

To reduce the safety risk, if the labels have detached, Polaris advises you to consult the safety information in the owner's manual. As an interim repair, Polaris will email owners digital copies of the warning labels. Polaris will mail replacement vehicle payload and improper vehicle use labels to each owner with instructions to relocate them to the driver's front inner door panel. If you'd like help to install the labels, you can contact a Polaris dealership to have them installed free of charge.
