Transport Canada Recall - 2026422 - MIDWEST INDUSTRIES INC.

Issue:
On certain trailers, the compliance label and tire and loading information label may list the wrong cargo carrying capacity, gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR), and gross axle weight rating (GAWR) information. This could lead you to overload the trailer and cause poor handling or a tire failure.

Safety Risk:
Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of vehicle control and result in a crash.

Corrective Action:
Yamaha will notify owners by mail and advise you to contact an authorized Yamaha water vehicle dealer to arrange to have the trailer transported to the dealership. The dealer will replace the compliance label and tire and loading information label.
