Product description
This recall involves interlocking Ubbi Connecting Bath Toys. The plastic toys have a large circle in the middle with an engraved smiley face attached to six smaller circles. The toys can be connected to one another and can float on water. They were sold in sets of six pieces coloured blue, navy, red, orange yellow and green. The bath toys are intended for children ages 12 months and older.
Hazard identified
The bath toys could break and create a sharp point, posing a laceration or choking hazard.
As of August 26 2019, the company has received one report of the bath toy breaking in Canada, and no reports of injuries.
Number sold
Approximately 318 units of the affected product were sold in Canada.
Time period sold
The affected products were sold from November 2018 to August 2019.

What you should do
Consumers should immediately take the recalled Ubbi Connecting Bath Toys away from children and return them to Pearhead Inc for a refund and a complimentary Ubbi Squeeze Bath Toy replacement.
