Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics has confirmed, through complaint investigation, that some RAPIDPoint® 500 Systems wash/waste cartridges from lot WW/08925 may contain an incorrect wash pack.
This issue may affect the test results of the following measured analytes: ionized calcium, potassium, pH, chloride, pCO2, glucose and lactate.
