Zippie Voyage Early Intervention Stroller

Reason

On April 2021 an injury was reported in the US where a child suffered a facial laceration, when her Zippie Voyage Stroller seating system detached due to inadequate latching to the stroller base locking mechanism by the child’s caregiver. 13 injuries have been reported in the US. The manufacturer has made the decision for a field correction to implement a safety strap (tether)  that when used, will prevent the device seating system from falling to the ground.
