The affected units can be identified by specific product serial numbers, printed either on the side or back of the products. Note: Consumers should pay close attention to the letters and numbers in the serial number, such as "1," "L," "I," "2," and "Z." Characters like "0" (zero) and "O" (the letter O) can be easily confused. Serial numbers of affected products do not contain the letters "O" or "I."
