Issue
The portable wireless battery charger’s lithium-ion cell component may overheat, which could pose a fire hazard to consumers.
As of November 12, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada, and one incident was received in the United States.
What you should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Belkin Boost Charge USB-C PD Power Bank 20K and safely dispose of the product in such a way that the product cannot be used again. Contact your municipality for instructions on how to safely transport and dispose of lithium-ion batteries. Batteries are considered hazardous waste. Do not place them in household garbage.
