Affected products
This recall involves Devinci Chainsaw and Chainsaw DH alloy bike models with UPC 8712000050. The Devinci logo is found on the diagonal of the frame and the Chainsaw logo is found on the upper tube. The bikes are available in sizes S, M, L and XL and have serial numbers between 04520001 and 04550118 or between 10120002 and 10150032. The serial number is engraved on the rear of the seat tube.

Issue
The frames on affected bikes may crack, causing the head tube to separate from the top tube, resulting in an injury hazard.
As of October 28, 2024, the company has received 3 reports of incidents in Canada, and no reported injuries.
