Affected products
This recall involves the ESR HaloLock Wireless Power Bank with model numbers 2G520, 2G505B, 2G512B and 2G505. The model number can be found at the side of the power bank. The wireless power banks come in a variety of colours depending on the model number.

Issue
The lithium-ion battery in the recalled power banks can overheat, posing a fire hazard.
As of September 26, 2025, the company has received 9 reports of fire resulting in property damage in Canada, and no reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received 11 reports of fire resulting in property damage and no reports of injuries.
What you should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact Waymeet Limited for a full refund. Dispose of it by contacting your municipality for instructions on how to safely transport and dispose of lithium-ion batteries.
