Issue
It was identified that certain replacement monitors for Horizon W/WI systems released into production beginning in January 2025 were shipped without the VGA cable required to connect the monitor to the computer. As a result, field service engineers may have installed the systems using VGA cables from unknown origin. This created a nonconformance related to the use of unapproved components and a potential risk of increased electromagnetic interference (EMI) emissions from VGA cables that have not been evaluated or approved by Hologic.
