Affected products

This recall involves WATIER Age Control Supreme Sublime Advanced Rich day cream sold in a cylindrical printed glass jar containing 50 mL of cream, in cardboard secondary packaging. The UPC associated with the product and the batch affected by this recall can be found printed on the bottom of the secondary packaging: 058655630646 and (L)23L1757.

Issue

The recalled product does not meet microbial standards over time. The product may contain a microorganism called Lactobacillus pentosus. Lactobacillus pentosus (a probiotic) poses little medical risk to people.

As of April 22, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact Groupe Marcelle Inc. to obtain a refund.
