The serial and model numbers are printed on the rating plate underneath the top of the oven. The recalled ranges have serial numbers from 18517201 to 18868311.

Issue
A spill of liquids (such as a boil over) can cause a short-circuit in a plug of an electronic component which controls the griddle. The griddle can turn on unexpectedly, posing a burn or fire hazard to consumers.
As of October 22, 2024, the company has received 3 reports of griddles turning on in Canada, and no reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received 33 reports of griddles turning on and no reports of injuries.
